Preventing Falls: How to Develop Community-based Fall Prevention Programs for Older Adults, will improve your organization’s ability to reach out to the older members of your community as well as enhance your capacity to implement and maintain effective fall prevention programs.

Healthy Steps for Older Adults (HSOA) is an evidence-based falls prevention program for adults ages 50 and over. The program is designed to raise participants’ fall prevention knowledge and awareness, introduce steps they can take to reduce falls and improve their health and well-being, and provide referrals and resources.
